I'm 6.5 months out of surgery and my weight loss has slowed but I totally expected it.My second goal of 130 pounds by 8 months is a little ambitious but I wanted to try. Yeserday I got on the scale and I'm down 120 freaking pounds! Then this morning it read 139! I can totally make my goal by then! I was worried but not stressing you know...
Just wanted to share. Have a great day everyone!
