I had gastric sleeve surgery 4 years ago and have regain 20lbs from my lowest weight. I exercise 5 times a week and have been for 4 years, but my eating is out of control. I can eat quite a bit more now than I could after my surgery. The frustrating thing is to hear advice saying to control your eating and make better choices, if I could do that I would not have needed surgery in the first place. Has anyone had this problem and what did you do to "reset" your pouch?
