Gawd! So I have to take a few tablets in the morning including vitamins. I always just have a protein shake for breakfast and then take my tablets. it's been fine so far, but i just did the same thing just then and had a few mins of 'heaving' five mins later. UGH. They stayed down though!!! Bonus!
So do you think I should try to have a couple of spoons of food too, then try the tablets? As much as i'm not keen on the shakes I have found one that is tolerable and it suits me in the morning and helps get all my protein in during the day. I could possibly fit in a couple of spoons of food too I guess, and that's probaly what I would tell people to try. I mean it might just be a one off. I'm feeling tickity boo now!
