So i use to be a solid grazer during the holidays. I am afraid of going back to old habits. Any advice? from you pro sleevers?

Yes. Eat some protein right away. Solid protein. That will fill you up and leave little to no room for other stuff. I know that I am a year post op and know I won't be able to eat much at Thanksgiving. I would just suggest making good choices. If you must take a nibble...focus on protein and veggie dishes. You'll survive. Make sure to up your exercise to counteract any bad choices. Go for a walk. Keep yourself busy with talking to family. Help with dishes. Help with clean up. Anything that will keep you too busy to mindlessly graze. Good luck.
Those are great thanks!!! Christie
