Not only did I have terrible complications (it can happen with the best of surgeons) but the results haven't held up all that well. Had I researched it better, I would have understood it better.

In conclusion - I would definately recommend Dr Sauceda. I would also recommend you spend many hours on realself.com, talk to other people etc. Plastic surgery (especially the lower body lift) is a big big deal. Recovery was much longer and more difficult than the sleeve. Go in with eyes wide open as complications might occur regardless of where you go. i was so well prepared the first time I went, I had no surprises - I knew it would be rough and everything really did go according to plan. WEll, except I got WAY better results than I had dared hope for.

This was all a few years back (2013 and 2015) - I expect I will do something with the face but not sure what, not sure where I will go. I will definately research it though (5 years ago, Dr S told me to wait 10 years before considering face work, but the wrinkles and sags are becoming more and more noticable!)
I have read that about thigh lifts. I also have scoured the before and after pics and have not found any that I would think would be worth the pain or money as the results seemed so minimal. And I hear it is extremely painful.

I worry about the belly fat - that is where most of mine is - and not to be too graphic, but I already get a rash where my stomach sags, so I am scared that I will have to have it all lopped off after I lose weight - and I really really don't want to have to - I have heard it is very painful as well as expensive because not medically necessary so not covered by insurance?

That’s why I’m looking for a qualified Plastic surgeon in Mexico. It cost thousands left and some have all inclusive pkg. found another surgeon to check out is Dr Victor Gutierrez. Comes highly recommended from ladies who used him in my WLS group. He’s in TJ Mexico. Loose skin is a not pleasant to deal with. Thankfully obesity much worse. Good luck.

Actually, if you're getting rashes under your panni (that's what that skin sag is called) your insurance very well may pay for it, since it's creating a medical problem. If the problem is deemed severe enough, insurance companies will indeed pay for a panniculectomy. It's not the same as a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), which is more complicated.

You can google all about these surgeries. Google is your friend.

P.S. Tamera, I haven't had any cosmetic surgery at all, so I can't opine about your plastics options or any surgeons. Sorry.
