How much protein

HI there! How much protein did your doc tell you that you needed per day? And how many glasses of water? (not ounzes, but glasses). Just wondering if I'm getting in the right amounts.

Minimum of 64 ounces of water daily -- that's eight cups of water. Eight ounces is one cup. There is no standard size of a "glass" of anything.

Minimum of 60 grams of protein daily.

Exactly what Ann said. Just remember that it is a fluid goal. So your shakes count towards that goal.
