Why do you think you can't get back on track?

Contrats on the baby! That isn't that much weight, you can get back on track! If it's not too cold where you live, take the baby for a walk. Or find a gym with babysitting. Then just start following the sleeve rules for eating, the rules you followed after surgery. The weight will come off!
Practically everyone gains weight after having a baby, sleeved or not. My skinny daughter took about 6 months to loose her pregnancy weight.
You can do this.
ive been trying and it seems as if i cant wrap my head around it. i get so depressed when i gain just a little. i dont know what to do
Congratulations on your little boy. I’m sorry your going through a tough time. Sounds like your suffering with depression. Maybe you should consider seeing someone for this. This can be a tough time for a lot of people. I suffered with depression for many years off and on. I finally worked with a counselor for two years. He really helped me overcome depression and ultimately helped me overcome obesity too. I recommend seeing a nutritionist at least once’s and you bring a weeks amount of eating and included your physical activity. They can help you make adjustments. Key to loosing weight is what goes in must be burned with exercise. At the beginning before surgery what helped me loose weight was to walk everyday as much has I can, adding distance everyday. I would walk up and down big hills often with my niece in the front pack pushing the stroller. I ate a clean diet high protein diet, fresh veggies, fruit. Cut out most sugar and carbs. Lost 22lbs before surgery. I have taken that same determination to loose and improve my health after surgery. You need to fight your way out of this and use all your knowledge to climb your way out and the weightloss will happen. You can do this!! I wish you all the best. That’s great. You look beautiful in your pic. You have done really well. It is so normal I think to feel the way your feeling. I’m sure it’s easy to be so hard on ourselves when at one time we had been so overweight. You are going to get this last little bit of weight off. We our fighters! Thank you for the update.
thank you. i think its time to get outta my head and have someone else push me. lol. i think a personal trainer is perfect
Hi Ashley, it's tough going having a baby eh? Gawd, hormones, sleepless nights, exhaustion etc, give yourself a break I reckon!
Personal trainer sounds good and nutritionist. Sometimes it takes a while to get back on track after big events like babies! I think you're on the right track now. And congratualations, you made a whole human!!! This means that you are ace and can do anything. Yup :-)
Ashley, FYI I’ve been seeing a therapist since a few months pre-op. It’s been a wonderful resource in helping me stay focused to maintain 100% of my weight loss. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
I’m glad you have a plan of attack and some new resources for yourself.

thank you. my pregnancy was rough. i ended up with an emergency c section so on top of gaining weight i now have a c section pooch lol
i have now set a goal to reach. I am competing for mrs delaware america in april and i have to wear a swimsuit so this should be some motivation for me
Or could it be postpartum depression? If so, seek medical help. Best of luck to you.
I know this is crazy talk, but I am thinking of going back to Weight Watchers just for the accountability of the weekly weigh in, to lose the little I have gained. I am a lifetime member, so can go for free when I lose these stubborn last pounds. Just having my weight printed in a little book each week may be the motivation I need, as this weight has been glued to me since February.
Your hormones are going crazy. Between having bariatric surgery, which affects hormones more than we think and having a baby; you're in a rough spot. You can do it and you're well on your way now. Continued success and congratulations on the new baby, relax and enjoy the little one; it will come together
