First off, losing 150 lbs is amazing. What is your diet and exercise routine like?

You have done great! I am inspired by dreaming of all the things I will be able to do once I loose the weight. You have lost so much already that to loose those additional pounds you need to find something you really want to work towards. Maybe a new outfit or piece of jewelry? Having a goal helps me.
