You make me lol as you move so much in your videos and its like watching the Blair witch project LOLLLLL... Im only teasing, its good for the weight loss. Keep moving!!! The gym sounds a great plan. Did you have the sleeve or bypass, shame about the dumping syndrome. I think thats the only thing I'm worried about.

Awesome job Ciaran!! You are just 70 lbs away from goal!! You are doing an amazing job! I love popcorn. I have an air popper for the microwave. I love it as there is very little calories when you air pop it. Cinema popcorn has a lot more calories than people realize so I avoid it. I am surprised that you have been having dumping syndrome. That is usually associated with bypass and not sleeve. I can have sweets now and have not had issues. I did have it twice and both times were really early on. The first time was just the first food I ate post op. A wedge of laughing cow soft cheese. (The really small triangle that is wrapped in the foil and comes in a circle.) I know what you mean about having to own your weight loss and be careful about the weight gain. I am in maintenance mode and I weigh myself every morning and night. There is no way I am going to allow myself to gain weight back. Anyways, way to go! Keep it up.
