This could have been easily my story. I'm still have not achieved my 100lbs weight loss goal, but I am getting there. Like Cally, I didn't stop at just having the surgery, I also exercised and disciplined myself.

This is inspiring. And yes, as easily as it could have been my story, it could be yours too!

I think that it should be instructive. Not everybody who has the surgery will have the willpower and the stamina to exercise afterwards. But from what I know, it is important for you to exercise in order to lose the weight you have. The surgery alone will not do AMAZING wonders for you.
