It will stop eventually. Take some biotin to help with the regrowth. The better your nutrition, the less you will lose so focus on your protein and vitamins. And while I lost quite a bit, it was never too noticeable and it does grow back. It is funny to see the shorter pieces (the regrowth) mixed in with my longer pieces. I am debating going shorter so they can all catch up but finding someone who cuts short hair well is always a gamble. The good news is that it won't last forever and it is a small price to pay to get our healthy bodies back.

I take 10,000 mcg twice a day. I actually started before the hair loss started and it definitely made my hair noticeably thicker. It won't prevent hair loss but it will help with the regrowth.

I just discussed this with my Dr at my October appointment. I had this happen at 3 months for about a month and it's now happening again. I used to have so much hair that I had to buy special hair ties for a pony tail for thick hair. Now it feels so small :-(
My dr said there are lots of supplements such as biotin that are proven to do nothing. lol. He said I'm still losing at a good pace, hormones are still wacky, ride it out, it will not last forever. He also threw in that my hair looked beautiful (nice touch dr).
