Sleeved yesterday!!!

I did it! Pain wasn't too bad yesterday afternoon, but this morning I'm feeling more pain and pressure. I also got up 7 times between yesterday afternoon and this morning to go to the bathroom and walk so maybe that's why.

Just getting to have breakfast of Jello and apple juice. We'll see how that goes!

Plan on lots of naps this week, with little walks once in a while. I was on protein shakes right away, you're not? I had a minimum amount of liquid and protein for each day. (Kept a journal.)

It does get a bit better, every day. I start puree this evening. I didn't have anything but very painful shoulder pain from gas afterwards, and was even comfortable refusing tylenol. Just hold tight and you'll be fine. Once I started the protein after the surgical days, I started feeling better.

Congrats on your surgery. It will get a bit easier every day. Just keep sipping and walking and you will be just fine. Follow the plan and stay the course. When you are able to get in exercise....make a new healthy habit. Any exercise that you enjoy is fine. You got this Mandy!! You are on your very own amazing sleeve journey. Remember that this is your journey and yours alone! Don't compare yourself to others and enjoy the ride.
