Ice Cream anyone? Don't hate me!!!!

Anyone crave ice cream?

I've posted this before, but I'll say it as a lead in to my recommendation....

I'm flirting with a number that my Dr. says I should not pass. 185 lbs is where my Dr. feels I am too thin and will need to take steps to stop weight loss. I am currently lying about my weight so that I don't have to hear my wife say I'm too thin. I am currently 187 (2 pounds from doom I guess)! But I tell everyone I'm 189 or 191.......... Dr. told me to have some ice cream at night to slow my weight loss.

So, here's the rub,,,,, I can't eat regular ice cream, I thought maybe I had developed a lactose intolerance, but ice cream makes me feel downright awful. But, I think it has to do with the high fat content and maybe the crap they put in ice cream.

So now my revelation / recommendation

It is awesome, and relatively low in fat, sugar, and a decent source of protein. It is really good. A pint is only 240 - 350 calories depending on flavor. I can't eat much more than a 1/4 of a pint in one sitting ( only about 80 calories!!!!!) , but it is good stuff and not that bad for you. So, if your looking for an ice cream fix, check it out.

This definitely gets 10 out of 10 stars for me!

You deserve to have your ice cream and eat it too! I am not big on ice cream but I have had the Halo Top and it was delicious. My PCP also told me I needed to stop my weight loss even though I am still in the normal range. He said I was starting to look too thin. I am comfortable where I am.

Halo Top is definitely the leader in the clubhouse. However, others are starting to recognize the market and making their own version.

That said, BJs wholesale club has a four pack of Birthday cake for under $12 and this month they included a $2 coupon. So for less than the price of two pints I got four pints.

Costco also! I think it was $9 for a box of 4 pints..... I bought 4 boxes!
