Feeling dizzy is not uncommon. As you are able to get more food in that should go away. If you are on BP meds, you may need to get off of them. Many sleevers no longer need their medications very soon after surgery. Or at least need the dosage reduced. I was one of the few sleevers (that I am aware of) that took 10 months to be completely off of mine.
