Are you close to your goal? If so, maybe that's where your body wants to be. If you have more to lose go back to the basics, concentrate on protein and liquids, vitamins, exercise, etc. No grazing or junk food. Good luck!

I never really stalled during the losing phase, except at the very beginning. When I reached my goal I just stayed there, eating the same way as when I was losing. I feel like my body had a "set point" where it wanted to be. I may be totally nuts thinking that, but it's really what happened.

That's what I was thinking. My body liked this weight. Im almost 11 months out. The past couple of weeks, Ive upped my protein and the scale finally went down.

    Sraebaer,

You are not crazy, according to the PA at the practice I go said ones body resets itself when you stall and at some point find a weight it likes. So our personal goal weight may or may not be where out bodies want to be.

When I stalled I was always able to get things moving by upping my calories. I never stalled more than a week or so.
