It's been 6 months since surgery and I finally, FINALLY passed my goal weight! I was 'almost there' for quite a while, but I am below that number now. I have so much more energy, dance in Zumba class 4 days a week and have a BLAST, and continue to walk every single morning. I will keep on keeping on for as long as my body will continue to lose more weight.
