My surgery is Monday approaching very quickly.....i have a question, i have a couple of friends who have had this done and their answer varies. When will i know when i am full? Like is there just a sensation of fullness? how do you know when your full? They all say well you will just know...

Have to agree with the answers you were given. You will know. To me it feels like pressure when I'm feeling full. If I eat any more it is painful.
So some advice. Take pictures so you are showing every little lump and bump. This way when you hit the stalls you have proof to look at when you need to see it of how far you really have come. Measurements. Take them now. After surgery walk as much as you can. Good luck on monday!Hw: 260

Go very slow. And chew really well. It does not take much and when you overeat it will be very uncomfortable and even painful depending on how much you overeat. It does take a few minutes for your brain to register, though. But after "overeating" a few times you will learn really quickly how to recognize your full feeling.
