Hello everyone, it is nice to meet all of you.

I am getting referred to a baratric surgeon by my PCP and I have yet to meet them or have a date scheduled. I am really nervous and excited.

I am trying to start cutting things out of my diet so when it comes time for the dietary changes, I am already used to it.

Thank toy very much! I figured this place was good by the result in google. And I will keep on looking about the forum. I have been going through youtube, but one really can't interact there.

I am already learning so much and I am feeling so inspired

Thank you! I hope to have it done in February (because of so many family members coming out in December/Jan I don't want to be a tired party pooper like I am post surgery normally)
