My surgery was on 8/7. It is the best thing I have ever done for me, my husband, my kids, and my grandchildren. So worth it! Wish I would have done it 10 years ago!

Spent the weekend in Dallas, basically at my 3 grandchildren's soccer, football and baseball games. OMG, I don't think I have ever been so hot in my life, especially Sunday afternooon. I would think you Texans could just stand outside and the weight will melt off.
