I was sleeved on 8/16/17. I am on day 29 post op. I have lost 27 pounds and not sure about inches but I'm pretty sure I've lost some. Some days I feel good and really feel like there is a difference and then other days I feel fat and depressed. Not sure how normal that is ......but I have a great supporter and personal cheerleader, my daughter!!!

As you move forward, be sure to post your experiences so you can help others too. I am sure that what you are feeling is really normal. I just tried to focus on where I was going in my journey and not where I am right now. Each day you are getting closer and closer to your goal

Welcome! I'm almost 4 months out, 95 pounds down and still have those feelings. It is all in our head some days. It is getting better though. You are most certainly not alone and it is normal.

Losing weight can be an emotional roller coaster....I mean hormones and all. Chin up. You are doing great and before you know it you're going to be enjoying your new healthy body!
