    Default vitamins & supplements

I am 3 months out and feel great but I would like to figure out my vitamins/supplements on my own without ordering from Bariatric Advantage. I take the BA multivitamin with iron (2x per day), 3 calcium chews per day (the sugar free ones from BA), BA speed melts B12.
What do some of you take and or recommend. Thanks!

Same as you plus D3 (I take 12,000 iu a day but I run and need that much) and biotin 10,000 mcg. I used to need stool softeners but have finally gotten rid of my constipation problem!

I take chewable Woman's one a Day Vitamin two qam, Natures bounty 1 subliqual B12 qam, Vitafusion chewable calcium 2 qam. My blood work is good, better than before. Vitamins inexpensive and can be bought at any drug store, grocery ect. I buy mine at Costco or Walmart. With the Sleeve no need to buy the bariatric grade vitamins. No absorption issues with the Sleeve. I take stool softeners, miralax, linzest for constipation.

I use Bariatric Fusion chewables. I was told to chew 4x a day, but they have calcium in them, so I don't need to do extra. Here are the amounts!

I will be cleared to do capsules or tablets at the end of 2 months. Constipation is an issue and once a week I take milk of magnesia to assist with clearing out the plumbing. Tums are used daily for my reflux until I am allowed to take Prilosec (in a few weeks - can't wait ugh).

No other vits or sups than these!

    I take:

2 Flintstone's Multi-vitamins chewable (used to take Bariatric Advantage but these were cheaper and approved by my NUT)
3 Calcium Citrate chewable (1 at breakfast, lunch and dinner)
    Vitamin D3
    Vitamin Bi
    Vitamin B12

*I bought Floravantage to take before bed but have not started it yet.

I wear the multi vitamin plus patch and do the B12/B6/Biotin strips. I'll never take pills again. All from Amazon

Hey guys! I’m brand new here and I am having some problems with my overall health. I am currently looking for a good vitamin complex so any advice would be highly appreciated. I am currently in the beginning of my journey and one of my main problems is low immunity. I have been eating better and stated exercising but I had a lot of infections and after the antibiotics I need a pick me up. I have been consulting with my doctors and he agreed that I needed some vitamins to take every day. I have been through many different brands but recently I started a new one that I really like. I found it online and I love it since they are organic (they make them somewhere in the Scandinavia and it's called Nordic Naturals). I have been taking it for a while and I really like it because the effect has been really really good. I think that you guys should talk to your doctors before buying vitamins but I think that they will be useful for you. I hope I was of any help.
