So today is the 1 year anniversary of my gastric surgery. I am sitting here thinking it was the best decision I ever made, for my health and for my family. I have officially lost 122 pounds in the 1 year. I am off my blood pressure meds and my diabetes meds. I go to the gym and work out 6 or 7 days a week and have never felt better in my life. I not only did this for me but also my family. Love you all.
