Does anyone know if gastric sleeve is eligible for reimbursement under an HRA account?

I paid it myself and then filed for reimbursement but only because I didn't have enough in the account to pay for it all and it would have been a hassle to try and pay from two sources. As I add to the account during the year through payroll deduction, I will go back and hit it again for the rest.

I wouldn't see why it wouldn't be. It is a medical expense. Whether or not your insurance pays has nothing to do with it.
