Always curious to hear what other people are eating....
Tonight I made the following:
2 eggs, 1 alfresco chicken sausage link, slice of American cheese (small treat!), chopped onion, broccoli.
All mixed / chopped and added to the 2 eggs in the form of an omelette.
Roughly 425 calories. Still 200 under my daily goal. Will likely have a snack in an hour or so. I'm always conflicted about nite time snacks, but with my training regimen I just need something else or I won't make it through my morning run.
What are you guys eating tonight?
