Default 3 years out and a change in plans

Most of you know VITAMINS are a daily necessity as part of the process can be malnutrition. I am 3 years out and after my last iron infusion I decided I would try taking natural supplements/vitamins. It's been 8 months and now all my blood work was NORMAL! 😋 The dietitian called me, said things looked great and to KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING! 😁👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I was a happy camper! Will I continue doing what I'm doing? Yes, yes I believe I will! The products give me sustained energy and they make me feel SO MUCH BETTER! My hair is thick, nails are strong and ferritin/iron is awesome, I am no longer constipated and I have energy.

Which supplements? Do you still do iron infusions? (What is an iron infusion?)
Just got my sleeve and suddenly feeling really sad and worried about malnutrition. Having doubts suddenly. But looking for optimism! Beauty is a really great thought, but feeling healthy and vibrant and clear minded is so much more important!

How to believe in yourself if... you're always afraid of losing?
