    Default Started Puree Food

I ate a 4 oz of cottage cheese and was able to eat the whole thing. Can someone explain if that is normal to eat the whole 4 oz single serving. And I am not full...Where is this restriction I am suppose to get that I read about?

I can easily eat more pureed/soft foods than solids. That has been my experience.

The restriction will kick in when you attempt to consume 4 ounces of rigid animal-based protein (read: chicken breast, steak, pork chops, lamb, etc).

Soft and pureed foods such as yogurt and cottage cheese do not challenge our sleeves or bestow fullness upon us.

I tried hard to not listen to the growls but it didn't last. I had another 4 oz of cottage cheese and felt better. I have to be on purée for two weeks and it is so much better than liquids. I am afraid to try purée meats.
