Hi girlfriend, I knew I would find your anniversary post. We've done it together, and our philosophies are so alike. Got to learn what works for you and watch out for those pitfalls before they become common place. I love reading your posts, always filled with wisdom and some wimsy. Congratulations on hitting that 3 year mark.
I found yoga about a year ago and go twice a week. A new gym opened my way that is fabulous. I've been an active member for over a year. That has never happened before. Planks are good for the soul!!
So again congrats to you!! As they say, you look maaaaarvelous!!

Jan, thank you, my surgiversary friend. You look so healthy and so lovely.

So glad to hear from you and that you're continuing to do so well. Isn't yoga da bomb?!

Losing the excess weight with WLS gave us a chance to become healthy, active and fit. I'm very happy we both had the courage to do this.

Ann, WOW! Thank you so very much for this. I got so much out of your first, second and third surgiversary posts. Long term is my biggest worry. Your insight really helps and I love your writing style. Looking forward to reading number 4.

Woow, to be honest, I am really impressed by your story. I have also tried to maintain my 70 pounds loss, however it was not a success, not at all. In the end, I have actually gained back all the weight, or maybe even more, I do not remember anymore. The challenges that you have been taking on, were really amazing actually, they are easy to do (in case you have got enough will). Man, I am dating a french girl, and I am always making the same mistake, I have no idea about the kg to pounds conversion, and I am talking to her like she understands me. That is why https://www.rocknets.com/converter/w...unds-converter is probably one of the most useful sites for me!
