My life changing adventure

Hi everyone, my name is Jan I just turned 60 and I've finally taken the plunge after years of wanting a new healthy body.
My hubby Barry and I are travelling around Australia in our caravan, we started nearly 3 years ago to do a lap and discovered there is too much to see and we are not in a hurry so we have no plans to go home yet.
LIVING THE DREAM

I started on my pre op diet 3 days ago and have my surgery booked for 25th August 2017 and I feel excited,thankful, happy, positive and nervous.
I'm looking forward to being the healthy person I want to be!
I'm nervous about giving up food, I LOVE FOOD lol 😂
I'm positive about making changes in in my eating habits and discovering new recipes.
I'm starting to visualise the new me!
I can't wait to start on my new adventure.

Welcome Jan! I just got sleeved on August 4th and I am doing well! I say I gave this present to myself for my 55th birthday which was July 23rd. I decided to end my love affair with food because it was literally killing me. I now have the mindset that no food tastes better than being healthy and active. I will now use food to only fuel my body, not because it tastes good. I am a mother to 5 grown children and now it is time to take care of ME! Wishing every success and good thing on your journey of weight loss! ��

Here another relatively new sleever, living the dream!
We travel through Europe and North Africa in our motorhome.
The more weight I loose, the more room I have in my tiny clothing cupboards, huge benefit!

Isn't it an amazing lifestyle we have travelling with no restrictions Living The Dream.
It's amazing to think that The whole of Europe fits inside Australia eh! I liken our travels to travelling through Europe lol.
