Amazing!!

Just wanted to post about my journey so far.... I am 3 months out from surgery as of today and it has been the best 3 months!! I have currently lost 115 lbs since my highest weight and 67 lbs since surgery!! While it has definitely been a change, that is what I needed. I no longer take blood pressure medications nor have sleep apnea and that was my main goal to get rid of my health issues. The added bonus of feeling and looking better is great also!! For you newbies out there, just remember to stick with the plan. You will hit some low points when it feels like you have done all this work for nothing, but it gets better. Those stalls will break and you will continue to lose weight and inches. Remember to follow your doctors directions to the letter, no cheating, this is for your health and benefit.

Outstanding Kevin!!!! You are definitely Rocking your Sleeve. It is really great to hear that you are doing so well. It is really crazy how much obesity effects out bodies. The fact that you are already off meds and no longer have sleep apnea proves just how positive losing weight can radically change our lives. Keep up the great work!!!! xo
