Default Almost 2 weeks post op

So my surgery was July 14th, and I can't believe how great I feel. I have more energy now than I have ever had. I even joined the gym and went at 6am which is huge for me as I am not a morning person.
I am still on the liquid diet phase, trying to get in enough protein. I am on the Organic plant based protein and it is still making me feel yucky. At first I thought it was the whey, but apparently not. I'm almost afraid to eat, and getting nervous as to what I will start with on the next phase of the diet. Any suggestions? I hear soft eggs are good to start with. Or cottage cheese?

    Hugs,
    Marci

I was totally into Rosarita non-fat traditional refried beans (yes, in a can) and melted cheese. Sounds bizarre. But at least it had some protein. It didn't take much. And later I added chopped up white chicken (yes, in a can). Hey, I wasn't going for any Michelin stars. But it tasted amazing to me a few weeks post-op.

Oikos Triple Zero Greek yogurt, creamed soups made with nonfat Fa!rlife milk (it has extra protein), tuna or chicken salad (when made with the canned chicken they're soft), cottage cheese, avocados, any meat can be pureed with a bit of broth. It is actually really easy. Anything can be pureed up with a food processor according to my nutritionist.
