What happens when you take antibiotics and you can't keep them down?

Where you given antibiotics for the post op surgical care? I was not given any antibiotics. Are they liquid or pills?

Pills to be crushed and taken

Crushed pills make me gag. I would just take them whole or cut them in half. I did that with my BP medications because if not I would puke.

I also got the same pills that you did from Dr. A... They taste like brewers yeast. I cut them in 1/2 and took them with water.. I don't think I was every told to crush them. I hated taking them even whole.

and if you threw up the pill right after taking it yes you should take another one.
