My belt started off tight on the second hole.
Moved to the third hole two weeks ago.
Moved to the fourth hole today!
Then I was told that I looked thinner today than I did yesterday.
My head is liable to explode.

I am yet to feel it, but someone here once said that one time she felt the pounds melt off.
It is a great feeling though when you take out something to wear and put in on and it fits perfectly loose, opposed to the feelings of dread every time you had to get dressed!
