Welcome!
We all have different guidelines and our stomach are healing, so it's important to be extra careful especially the first month.
When I was able to go from full liquid to pured food, my stomach was not ready so I just staid one more week on full liquid then it was ok (I did have my surgeon's approval).
Those first three months post-op were not easy for me, lot's of nausea and food intolerance, but I never had any regrets, and now I'm 18 months post-op, haven't reach my goal yet because I'm a slow looser, but loosing little by little and feeling so much better now compare to pre-op, all troubles and side effects were worth it! Try to stay positive, it will get better, think about the big picture.
Good luck and take care!

It's all psychological to be honest, and the best thing you can do for yourself is probably reflect on the why.
My best recommendation is to seek cognitive therapy to help you sort out your attachment and beliefs about food.
Best wishes to you, and please do not try to overfeed yourself just for the sake of eating or chewing sensation.
Keeping you in my heart and prayers.

"Today is another day to get it right!"
It will be OK, like you said you're only 19 days postop. Give it time, your body is going through a big adjustment! You will be able to eat enough to satisfy yourself again very soon! I struggled at first also, it will all even out and you will be happy, just be patient..
