This is the most weight I've lost at one time! I cant believe it. So many nsv. I still have 55 pounds to my goal but I'll get there. I think about how I let myself get so far gone and it just strengthens my resolve to never get to that place again. I'm feeling better physically but the damage is done to my back and knees but I'm dealing with it. Overall I'm so proud of myself. Best. Decision. Ever!
