I never tried JCraig but did Weight Watchers, both are good programs but I needed the limit of a reduced stomach to get me to where I am and where I'm going. Plus, I have a binge eating disorder that is trying at times. I put off having the sleeve done for 5 years, thinking I could do it myself and I finally realized that I couldn't. I'm glad I had the surgery, no regrets. I hope whatever road you choose will give you the results you desire. Everyone is different and some programs really work for some people. All the best and welcome to the forum.
Good luck to you along your journey!
I had my sleeve done in April and am doing pretty well. I still struggle with boredom/nighttime eating... So, I am thinking about attending some Weight Watchers meetings for the support and advice shared. I have done them in the past with not too much success. However, now that I have another tool (the sleeve) they may be more beneficial and can help me conquer my not so great eating habits!
If you want added support after your sleeve, you will find it here. WW and JC will not work for you. If you want to join something, though, WW is at least less expensive so you won't waste as much money. I always say, "If these companies worked, Oprah would be thin"
