Default Is it ok to use blender (nutra mixer) to make protein shakes?

Hi....I'm new here and I have TONS of questions. I'm going through the process and hope to be approved in the next few months.
I currently make protein shakes and I use my little nutra mixer (like a magic bullet). Can I use this after my surgery or does it make too much air by mixing it? Sorry if this is a goofy question.

I use my Nutri bullet all the time! It shouldn't be a problem at all.

I used it to blend my foods to a pulp on soft days too

yes, blender foods are great! I can remember when I was coming home from Mexico and I was at the Texas airport looking for what a newly cut sleever could digest and I saw a smoothie booth with a guy making different smoothies with all kinds of good veggies and fruits. I told him I just had WLS so he blended my veggies and fruits to a pulp and I drank it. It was so good after having been on the post surgery liquid diet.

Absolutely. I think that most protein shakes are nasty when you cannot get them to blend properly. Anything that helps with that is a plus!

Be careful with using a high speed blender like the nutrabullet or ninja. You're adding air into your drink, which for me, seemed to cause a lot of rumbling in my stomach/intestines. It also made the shakes foamier.
