Just checking in. I am recovering comfortably in my room with two wonderful ladies I met from the same hotel. Our support people all got along great and just left for dinner. My pain and nausea has been controlled better than I could have ever imagined. Very, very, very positive experience so far. I'm going to take a nap before its time to walk again. We walk 30 mins, rest an hour and repeat. Lots of giggles and support! Our caregivers even brought us flowers. They had to take them back to hotel but it was so sweet. Thank you, fellow Sleevers for all your support! (Hugs) Gigi xo

so glad to hear from you. You're going to do awesome. Day 1 is the hardest day and they get a little better each day. Well so far. I am on day 8 but I feel pretty decent and am back to work tomorrow.

Glad to see you're doing well! Keep fighting the good fight. Walking regularly was definitely the key to comfort for me in the first few days/weeks. Before you know it you'll be outside exercising everyday!

Get some rest, get your liquids in, work on protein, and WALK WALK WALK!
