I quit smoking 3 months ago today.

I've steadily gained weight since that day, and it just dawned on me that the two coincided. I need to remember that I've done a good thing for myself, and it makes a little weight gain not such a big deal.

Quitting smoking was one of the hardest things I have done in my life. Until I went through countless diets. Once done, you just decide to never smoke again. Dieting is hard because you have to eat everyday and make good decisions constantly. Just get through the cravings and withdrawl and you will be good.
