CW - current weight
GW - goal weight
LW - lowest weight
NUT - nutritionist
BMI - body mass index
PCP - primary care provider
GERD - gastro esophageal reflux disease
LBL - lower body lift
WLS - weight loss surgery
SF - sugar free
NSV - non scale victory (e.g., looser clothes, fitting in a rollercoaster or airplane seat, ascending flights of stairs without huffing and puffing, running a race, or finally accomplishing a task you wouldn't have done when you were obese)
