Has anyone found that falling pregnant was easier after weight loss? Any tips or recommendations to help?
A lady in here was pregnant 12 months after her sleeve...sorry I forgot her name but she said that before they tried for years and nothing worked.
I did read about it in a study a few months ago, saying that post-sleeve many patients could conceive faster because their health improved a lot post-op. Obesity is often a trigger for hormonal imbalance (and vice versa) I'm guessing here that since many obese patients also have high inflammation, losing weight must help lots in many levels.
I guess that having nutritious food, enough sleep can only help.
Good luck to you! take care!

Women are very much more susceptible to becoming pregnant post-op than before. That is why surgeons tell women to use TWO kinds of birth control for 18 months post-op. They need that long to regain their health and to be able to eat enough nutritious food to sustain a healthy pregnancy.

Well, just a guess here but since her weight is in kgs (like me)....and we do have that expression in French (direct translation would be fall pregnant) our friend is probably not a native English speaker (and probably speaks a Latin based language)...little semantic here, it's the verb to fall but not in it's common way (like fall on the floor) but used also to say "fall sick" for example, just to describe something that came suddenly, was not expected....even if you are expecting cute right?
