I'm getting the sleeve this Thursday in TJ with Ready4achange group. Im on my pure liquid diet for preop. Im 67 and am down to 254 pounds from about 275 preop. Diet is a big isuue going forward...particularly interested in recipes for SLOW juicer as I have a Hurom.

You are in the right place for amazing support and a wealth of information and experience from countless others traveling along the same journey. I'm having my surgery in TJ next Monday. I don't know anything about a slow juicer but will be looking forward to seeing the responses you get from other members. Everyone here is fantastic!! Welcome and good luck with your surgery. Wishing you a speedy recovery! The diet is going to be easier post op as you won't feel hungry. I don't even know what a slow juicer is. My one advice is that post op for me it was easier to get in warm fluids versus cold. Just remember to sip frequently or you won't meet your fluid goals and walk as much as you can to get the gas out after surgery.
