That does look delish! And salmon is full of good omegas...
I made salmon last night too...no peach salsa for us (well, no peaches unless you want to pay 30$ per kg for those imported from Japan..) but I made a nice romaine salad with it.
I do feel your pain, my weight is stuck too since I took that medication two weeks ago! And I've been exercising often since the rain stopped a few days ago, but nothing changed..

Okay... I am still waiting to take the plunge, but I'm halfway through reading The Bulletproof Diet which is a modified Paleo and Keto Lifestyle approach with focus on eating anti-inflammatory food.
One of his recommendation for continued weight loss is to eat protein with good fats. Well that and intermittent fasting. So tonight I made Fajitas (skipped the tortillas of course).
I used an avocado and coconut oil blend (good fat) I got at Sprouts to stirfry organic bell pepper and lots of onion, then added two pounds of grass-fed beef. I seasoned it with seasalt and pepper only, but added 1/2 cup red wine (actually was sangria wine I got at Costco, great for marinating!!!) with a cup of fresh cut up tomatoes from my garden toward the end. The delish smell was driving me crazy. I also made steamed broccolini. I measured 5 oz of Fajita meat on my plate, served with half a small avocado (another good fat) and a few stems of the broccolini (great carb). I ate half of the meat to allow for avocado and vegetables. I should have waited on the broccolini last, because I got filled up pretty fast.
I am not ready to commit to the 14-day Bulletproof Detox to start losing "1lb a day" lol! Just kidding! I just want to kick start my metabolism. Anyway, I will let you know when I start.
