    Exclamation Post-Op 3 years!

    Hello everyone,
I haven't checked in in quite some time. I had Gastric Sleeve in 2014. I weighed in at 250 pounds and am now at 138 pounds. I feel great
My problem has been to ensure I have adequate nutrition and find it difficult to swallow some vitamins and don't like protein shakes. I recently came across some amazing products that are formulated for 90% absorption and some are gels/sprays rather than large capsules. I have been taking the products for about 3 weeks and feel much better. Please check them out and let me know if you have any questions or want to talk further about the products. As an RN, I am truly impressed with the liposomal science behind the products and feel they can benefit MANY people, especially post WLS.
Text me or email me with any questions you may have!

Congratulations on your three year ✨Successversary!✨

Totally agree on importance on proper nutrition and supplementation post op. I take several different supplement brands, but currently taking organic and whole food base supplements which I am loving it. Definitely see a difference in energy and clarity these days.

Welcome back to the forum YOU LOOK AMAZING!!!! I am also a Dr. A patient. I started my liquid diet today and have my surgery next Monday. Did you have a good experience in TJ? I have put together my vitamins and nutrition gathering up info here. I feel like I hit the lottery with all the good info and support that I have received.

I'm still working on finding the perfect vitamin combo. Lately I've been finding it hard to get it all down. It's been making me nauseous.
