Not as horrible as I was thinking it would be.
More lean tissue than I anticipated. I'm surprised to know that my skeleton only weighs 5.5 lbs!
Most of my fat is in my belly, but good to know that it's not all the bad visceral kind.
i was going to shoot for a final wt goal of 150, but she figured out that if I lost 10 lbs and gained 2 lbs of lean mass, that'd put me at 160, and in a good range for fat and lean tissue.
super glad I did this....used a groupon, so it was less than $100 and only took 30 mins.
