If the scale is temporarily stopped it could be your first stall. Losing 9 kilos in 13 days is super impressive! Good luck!

Stalls are normal and expected, your body needs time to catch up.
No worries at all, just follow your guidelines and you will do fine.

Before the sleeve to lose 9 kgs it would take me around 2 or 3 months. I lost a lot during my first month pre-op, and had multiples stalls and plateaus. But at the end it will all ad up! I could never lose more than 30 kgs just with a diet (and it took me one year to lose those 30 kgs!) with the sleeve it took around 6 months and I'm 17 months out, have not regain like with all my previous diet.

Just try to sleep well, walk, drink enough water, take your vitamins, have enough protein each day. That's your main goal. At some point I used my scale only once a week because more often if was just too stressful. Take care!

Patience-stalls happen all the time. Your body will react to things and fight you losing weight. Just keep doing what you are doing. Increase your water intake to your recommended levels and increase your protein intake to your recommended levels.

Thanks for your support and help .. you people are amazing. Gost_Ryder thanks for your support. and thanks for detail reply of Sandra3. I am afraid of taking protein because of its high caloric value. I have a Isopure protein and its per serving caloric value is 220. which is quite high at this stage. but since I started this protein .. i am feeling energetic and well. Still need group comments for support.

    Your very welcome Sara!
proteins are very important after the sleeve, you should not worry about calories at that stage but focus on protein and water.

During the first three months because I was very nauseous, I couldn't eat enough protein and had a hard time to drink the shakes. It's the only time I lost some of my muscle! and also my hair...

You need to get at least 60gr protein per day.
The easier way to get our protein at the beginning is with the shakes. It's fine! do not worry about calories, you will probably stay under 1000 calories per day and that's OK!

Ask any question, I will be happy to reply! you can send me a direct message if you want!
    take care!
