The problem I had was finding a calcium pill with the desired amount of Vitamin D included. I finally found the proper amounts at a bariatric website called unjury. I am posting this for others who may be having the same difficulties that I had.
You need to be concerned with long term deficiencies down the road in five or ten years or longer.
Take your multivitamins and iron at least! Cannot emphasize more!
I recently found the gummy vitamins and biotin, and I can actually keep them down. My levels were good at 3 months, and I go back for blood work the 28th, so hoping (except for hair loss) all is well.
