You know how the hotter it gets the less pockets on your clothes? There is typically nowhere to put things in running shorts and a tank. Just bought a FlipBelt that solved my summer running/walking/hiking problems. It holds my keys, phone, even sunglasses in my shady woods. Doesn't bounce at all. Love it! I'm typically alone, and hate going anywhere without my phone, as I'm prone to being a klutz!! Now I'm ready for when I fall and can't get up.

I had bought something similar in the Netherlands and still use it to this day. I am the same. I always had to have the essentials with me and hate the arm band as I tan easy and would get a mark.
