Ok wondering if anybody is having problems eating anything a month out besides shakes and yougurt? I have these past couple days it's not only the sight of food but also the smell is not appealing. It literally makes me nauseous. So I am drinking my protein shakes and getting my water in but that is about it. It feels like I have a sour stomach with a rock sitting in there. Anyone out there that has had this or is going through it. Need some advice if there is something I can do or how long this phase will last?
