    Default Friday Check-In and ✨Girly Girdle NSV!✨

    ✨Happy Friday!✨

    Just thought I'd check-in and let everyone know that I finally was able to fit in my Medium sturdy short body girdle!

    My weight loss has been slow as molasses on a winter's day, I lost half a pound in the last two weeks, BUT my waistline measured at slightly less than 34" this morning which got me super excited and got this girdle out to check if I could close it. The girdle is a sturdy post surgery reducing and shaping girdle.

    Maybe a bit (TMI)

    We call them Fajas Colombianas because they give an hour shape figure and enhance the buttocks, NOT to objectify anyone but I suppose Colombian as well as Brazilian, and Venezuelan WomYn are known for their drop dead gorgeous voluptuous figures, butcmy goal is just to manage the jiggly jiggles happening in my midsection and the flabby butt :-}

    These girdles come on the smaller size the Medium fits waist size 28"-30" so I managed to get my 34" waist to fit by folding and molding all that extra skin! After I managed to actually close it and zipped up my waistline measured ✨31"

    It took me a while to get used to it, but it's been seven hours and I have been able to do chores and move and sit. Biggest pain in the neck was going #2 and having to take it off and on again.

    Any who... loving the flat tummy, curves and visible butt lift!

    I saw one for bat wings https://allaboutshapewear.com/collec...irurgicas-pair.

    I had read somewhere and long ago that Japanese women supposedly wear compression post pregnancy to help get back in shape. I'm really interested in these garments. Pleaser keep us informed with your progress. I personally would really appreciate it.

    PS: That website is sooooo sloooooowww! I'm still trying to get into the arm bands and it's been 2 minutes!

    While trying to find out my about compression garments, I found another site that sells them. I have no idea if the site is reliable or not. Here it is:

    Haha!

    Sandra, Ann, you can find them on Amazon too! There are less compression kinds like Spanx at Target or Macy's, but they don't give you the hour glass or butt lift.

    Laura, I bought an XXL preop, it was the full body one. Unbelievable that it was tight then (excellent for traveling btw) I gave it to a cousin back in December. Loved it! I bought the Medium size as a goal to work towards some time back. I got some cheaper versions of Spanx for in between :-D

    Thanks, Christie!

    I wore a specialized JJ bra postpartum and girdle and I believe it is because of them that my bust isn't hanging to my knees today. There are other waist trainers that have actually have a lot of steel, there girdles don't have it, but have the effect of hourglass glass for sure.

    The only thing I have to note and advice is that after wearing all day, and because I literally folded my tummy's extra skin in order to fit in it, the sweat was trapped and that folded skin was like when you stay in the water too long. It dried and went back to normal immediately, but I don't know what prolonged use might cause. I just ordered a large size to avoid that.
