I'm Fritz from Lancaster, PA.
I'm down 22#'s from my surgery date and 44#'s from my "high-water" mark in November.
I am thinking about using the keto diet/lifestyle as I continue my journey.

I follow a low carb, high protein diet. I do watch my fat intake and try not to eat too much fat. That is the only difference for me. I don't count anything but just try to make good choices.
